Based on the National Transformation, the Malaysian economy will turn into a digital economy. Progress in economic development generally requires three key areas such as logistics hub, satellite service hub and e-Services platform. Malaysian launched the Digital Free Trade Zone (DFTZ), this is to encourage more parties to participate in e-commerce. DFTZ aims to help local small and medium enterprises prepare to facilitate cross-border trade smoothly and enable local businesses to export their goods to boost the country's economic growth. The objective of launching DFTZ is to help SMEs export their products globally in a convenient way and also enable the global market to get sourcing from manufacturers or merchants in Malaysian. In fact, it can also make Malaysian a regional global hub for global brands to reach ASEAN buyers. A stable ecosystem to spur creative innovation in e-commerce and the internet economy is also one of the goals in this DFTZ. Furthermore, the formation of DFTZ is also a great help in benefiting the nation's economy, namely integrated import and export services and integrated logistics, large data analysis, smooth fund management, the Pavilion Malaysian can be produced and can also ensure future trade advancement. Overall, the establishment of DFTZ has benefited the latest technological and innovation benefits for efficient cross border trading and indirectly linked global services in the public sector and provided convenience to exporters and importers.
